What is a San Pedro?
San Pedro also known as Huachuma is a fast-growing columnar cactus that has been used in healing and spiritual ceremonies since before recorded history. It was named San Pedro because it “opens the gates of heaven.”
A San Pedro Ceremony starts early in the morning and can last anywhere from 12 to 24 hours, depending on the dosage. It fosters a soft and deep connection to the Earth. This very heart-opening medicine enhances the senses, revealing the true beauty of the world.
